Refund policy

If you change your mind about your order, you can return it to us. You need to let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return it to. As long as the item is in its original, sealed packaging, we will be happy to refund you your money back. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened items. Please make sure you get proof of postage as we will not provide refunds for items that do not arrive back with us. 

If you receive a faulty item, please notify us on receipt of the item and you can return it to us for a full refund or an exchange within 90 days of purchase. For our full terms and conditions, please click here
